    Well, you probably didn't need it.

    They either need to have PE so that it's completely useless and not taxing (like an extended recess/outdoors time), or they need to provide some training/working up. Otherwise it's just stupid and irresponsible to throw a group of kids out into these physically demanding scenarios without proper training or cognizance of individual physical conditions. That's how kids stroke out and shit.
