Which process do you think is the more substantial in the US: that of gun distribution or that of gun control? If there's more distribution than control, then surely you should at least be trying to make the distribution more even, right?
Why does the distribution matter?
Guns are legal, therefore, those with the cash and the inclination (and no felony record) can buy them. I don't see any reason to distribute guns more equally.
