Calling "bath salts" a new form of LSD is like calling sulfuric acid a new form of alcohol.
    Whoops.

Bath salts are like amphetamines, not LSD.

Incorrect! Can't people really get drunk off certain shampoos and mouthwashes?

Yeah, based on what I've read about it there are chemists who make this stuff because it's not technically illegal when they first create it. Once governments catch on, the chemists start working on something new, thereby never doing anything that is technically illegal.

The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."

Indeed. LSD doesn't stay in your spine for life as some urban legends portend.

I have to agree that doesn't sound like LSD, which isn't a drug that tends to cause violent behavior. If you or someone else is hurt on LSD, it's probably because you did something dumb, but not aggressive (a standard risk with most drugs). PCP sounds a lot more accurate here.

That's actually what ran through my head when I first heard this story.

I'm feeling like crap for the victim. Kinda like the people who have had their faces chewed up by pitbulls and chimps... except this was a freakin' human being... I mean, wtf? This is a complete life changer/destroyer.
