you can play this all you want. it could be communists, it could be women, it could be black people, buddhists or gays. it doesn't work. you can't classify people into groups and expect them to behave similarly and to have similar goals. i learnt that lesson a long time ago.

A leader will always be needing to look ahead. You put an SF in the front to lead he will soon realize he must be intuitively peering into the future in an objective manner. Not a kindergarden club leader. Im talking in war or in politics, the leader will NEED to be intuitive and thinking objectively. But of course other traits help, im only talking about the main one
