For all that we have done, as a civilization, as individuals, the universe is not stable, and nor is any single thing within it. Stars consume themselves, the universe itself rushes apart, and we ourselves are composed of matter in constant flux. Colonies of cells in temporary alliance, replicating and decaying and housed within, an incandescent cloud of electrical impulses. This is reality, this is self knowledge, and the perception of it will, of course, make you dizzy.

Well... he himself isn't gay, so I think it's a bit of a misnomer, but I am glad he is supportive of the LGBT community.

I've always thought that Barack Obama looked gay. Doesn't mean he is truly one though.

Looks like that big chip on your shoulder is making you lean waaaay to the right.

    re: magazine cover.

I hate sensationalism. The whole thing is stupid to me. He's not gay. He's not a gay president. In fact, he took years to reach this conclusion so it's not even like he's got a lot of "gay momentum"; if anything, he's been a turtle.

So he's supportive of same-sex marriage rights; fine. The cover is a misnomer.

I hate the way crappy splashy journalism is directing the discussion of the issues.

The word idiot is used too often. And almost always used to describe a person one doesn't like rather than having any real gravity to it.

And what right does one has to call another an idiot? Each one has his/her expertise and weaknesses. And if challenged on the field of expertise a person one calls an idiot could make the accuser feel like an idiot.

An besides, Bush was the president of the USA. He must have a been a bit clumsy but no way he is an idiot to me. Definitely not in comparison to most people who make that accusation.

    It's true.

It's freedom of speech. If we don't have the right to call a politician an idiot, the politician is a dictator.

His politic was idiot. That was sure.

LGBT vote for Obama if he support them, so he would be idiot to not support after all.

The LGBT movement still idiot, though.

If you take it literaly, as to qualify someone who is intelectually deficient, clearly, it doesn't work indeed.

But if it's just to critic the politician, not the man, it works perfectly.
