In terms of social policy, I'm extremely libertarian (e.g. legalize all safe drugs, decriminalize the hard drugs, legalize all forms of nudity, porn, and sex, pro-gay marraige, pro-abortion, etc. Screw the moral/social order, freedom is better), however I would favor a more controlled/liberal economic policy (I mean privatizing the law system? Do fiscally conservative libertarians want the rich to literally control the poor?). Foreign policy wise, I'm sorta middle ground; I'd prefer not to engage military activity unless necessary, however engaged diplomatic relations and beneficial methods to help other nations that we can ally with is something that I support.
My views are very similar to yours. Socially, very libraral but more moderate views in the economic policies. I'm against privatizing the law system but in favor or at least okay with privitizing some things. Also middle ground on foreign policies.

I also want some of our current government programs kept, especially those that provie a safety net like social security and medicare.

Very US-centric test. A few of the terms were unfamiliar to me, or might have different definitions than I'm used to. Anyway, I scored a 19 on this test. The free market is not a panacea.

Indeed. Like @Savage Idealist said, I only got points for the questions relating to social policy.

Also, before I condemn the test, was it supposed to be a joke or parody? Because the questions became increasingly extreme as the test went on, to the point that it seemed like it was trying to be funny.

Didn't understand all questions completely (didn't know what was meant with the first FED question or what the Draft is etc.). My points I got probably for drug legalization and cutting on military budget etc.

The link doesn't work for me for some reason. Now I can't find out how much I dislike libertarianism...

Hah, I got 22. "16-30 points: You are a soft-core libertarian. With effort, you may harden and become pure."

Higher than I was expecting. I bet it came from being lax on immigration, decriminalizing drugs, dialing way back on defense spending and military campaigns, and not intervening in peoples' sexual/relational affairs.

Same here. Multiple choices and more specific questions would've helped.

    24. Soft-core libertarian. I don't think so; I think I merely answered "correctly" the questions that libertarians share view with liberals on.

that test is full of leading questions, so I won't take it or accept its conclusions.
