^patently wrong, no matter how much you'd like it to be otherwise, besides a cheap shot and a passive aggressive one at that.

The ruling class does not decide what our interests and fears are. I don't fear poor people, I don't know anyone who fears the poor except the rich.
Really? Well good for you the vanguard approve your message comrade.

I don't consider many people to be rich, the top 1% are the real rich people. Everyone else just has slightly more material goods than someone of a lower pay. The really rich are people who can buy and sell democracies, affect legislation and ruin lives. Those are the rich that concern me. Not the people who make a few hundred thousand a year. But the people make a few hundred thousand an hour.
The doctors and lawyers who make a great deal of money are just upper middle class, still proletariat, and still prey to the whims of the 1%.

Nothing wrong with that I don't think. You sound like a nice person so I'll assume your family is good people too.

@Lark I've said in other threads and in vent that I'm a communist. I've espoused socialistic ideals left and right. I didn't exactly hide it.

Weird... I have a communist ENFP friend (though I think he's just joking about being communist). Eh, I prefer capitalism.

For the ones that got rich by working hard? Great.

For the ones that got there through manipulation? Not so great.

I wouldn't say that large amount of power corrupt in all cases; yes it can occur, and I suppose often does, but really it depends on the psychology of the particular individual and their own personal beleifs. from what I understand, even though there are some rich assholes in the world, there are many who use great sums of wealth for noble endeavors.

Bill gates and Warren Buffet to name two, but they can't be the only few rich people giving money like it has gone out of style.

Talking about the stock market anyhow.
