The 'debating' skills observable in the posts attributed to 'Nerd' Girl make me chuckle.

I must have misunderstood what you were saying, but I never thought that you said anything here to make me feel bad.

Anyway, I don't feel really good right now after moving out of the med center, so I think I'm gonna bail on this convo for a bit.

Was that necessary? To continue the spirit of this thread and many others, let's continue making this all about me. Show me one post where the Obama supporters have defended their man. You won't find one here. What you'll find are value judgments about my position. I've tried to stick with the facts. They have not. Meaning, they have not provided a counter-argument with facts to support Obama. In that regard, there's been minimal to no effort on their part. It's like debating a lamp shade, it's frustrating. I'm guessing they know I'm right and it's easier to create confusion around me. When people go out in left field putting words in my mouth, intentionally; that's the end of it. End of debate.

I don't think I'll be voting for Obama but I'm surprised at the burning increase in GOP supporters.

To be frank I feel like the nation has said: now that we've voted for a black person, let's go back to the olden ways. Haha.

*shrug* I'm kind of disillusioned with the primary election. I would rather focus on local bills that effect me and hope the feds don't try to override state law.

This. I'll probably vote Libertarian even though it won't make any difference.

I'll only vote for Obama if I think he has a decent shot at losing. Otherwise, I'll vote for the republicans.

This reflects your political ambivalence rather than a perpetual underdog commitment, right?
