    I heard about that they wanted to outlaw saggy pants long time ago. it was mainly because people might hide a gun in the pants easily and whwn normal kids do that, they look like they have a gun..

    Imo if they want to outlaw something, they shouldnt let stupid people talk anything that might have an effect on other people..

    The weirdest thing is the sagging trend has actually started to died down since it's peak in the mid '90s, they are about 15 freaking years late. It's like banning frizzy, big '80s style hair in 1994/1995, if they wanted to ban sagging pants, they should have did it in like 1995 or something.
