    I'm a big fan of one circumcised penis in particular. I'd still be a fan of it if it had a turtleneck, though.

    Although, if he were circumcised, then one of my nicknames for it may never have materialized: Darth Mousey.

    The issue here is not this (well at least I hope it isn't). The issue here is about parental rights. I mean yes it is the cultural norm here but more and more people are choosing not to do it so in time it will even out or even tip towards uncircumcised.
