What I find fascinating is the widespread misspelling of his last name: It's Strauss-Kahn, not Khan (even some of the established media seem to have a spellcheck that makes him sound Pakistani instead of Ashkenazi!)

I admit I'm curious what turns up by friday.

    Spelling mistakes are hardly fascinating.

I find a fact that there is a declared socialist at this position much more interesting than the entire rape thing.

What could even explain some things related to the rape.

Why? The concept of IFM is totally socialist.

Funny to see the french socialist clique defend a rich white financier against a poor black charwoman. If a right wing man had done the same thing, they would have condam him without hesitation. But theses fucking bastards are not opposed to any hypocrisy when they must defend their career.

I will really laugh when media will broadcast pictures of him in a orange prison uniform. Ever when I saw that:

Yes, it's funny, I've myself always believed it was Strauss-Khan.

They are when they might be more than coincidental. Think about the implied social and psychological difference between the two.

Well I guess that social differences are what are making him and IMF look socialist to you.

What is exactly why I made my comment. Since it is impossible to be a truly socialist and lead the IMF.
By western standards he may be a socialist but I still find that claim somewhat odd (for some reason)

Oh, I must have missed the second part of that post.

    Could you please elaborate?!
Do you mean that a member of the socialist party (he belongs to the right wing of the PS which roughly corresponds to a moderate Democrat and was responsible for a wide range of privatizations) is by nature more likely to rape somebody or that somebody who was a communist in his youth and later became a moderate and moved much more towards the centre betrayed his ideals and therefor can't be trusted? I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

Strauss-Kahn is not marxist but he is really socialist. And keynesian. The concept of IMF is to tax money and use is to attribute financial help to country in order to regulate economy. That is socialism. And since he is at IMF, Strauss-Kahn have always practiced an expensive policy in order to "help" countries. He is truly a socialist.

According to a poll, 57% of french believe in the conspiracy theory.
