Just a quick poll, interested in knowing if you think high-ranking members of the Pakistani government and/or military and/or intelligence agency knew he was there the whole time. Gut feelings welcome.
If you're leaning strongly towards yes, vote yes. We'll probably never know, obviously, so none of that "Pretty sure they did, but I didn't actually personally see them meeting him so I voted I dunno". Dunno is more intended for people who are entirely on the fence.
I can't believe they wouldn't have ordered out for pizza at some point during that ten-year span.

What else is there?
No one here has any special knowledge of the Pakistani gov inner workings; and if we did, we sure wouldn't be posting about it here on a public typology site and outing ourselves.

“Pleasure to me is wonder—the unexplored, the unexpected, the thing that is hidden and the changeless thing that lurks behind superficial mutability. To trace the remote in the immediate; the eternal in the ephemeral; the past in the present; the infinite in the finite; these are to me the springs of delight and beauty.” ~ H.P. Lovecraft
Better question, what could or should they have done with that knowledge? For a state with nukes the Pakistani government is looking pretty weak and unstable to me at the moment, they were either complicit in Bin Laden and his operations or they were too afraid to move against him. Neither's particularly a good thing all things considered.
There was some suspicion that OBL had kidney disease, and required dialysis. According to news reports, the compound where he was staying didn't have any electrical power. Therefore, if he was being treated with dialysis, it wasn't at home... it was at some local health care facility.
