If behaving morally produces bad outcomes, then why should anyone bother?

To avoid having to accept and be numb towards "death as a punishment" in the future. It was necessary in the sense that there was resistance. But on a top-down perspective, several options becomes viable. Was military intervention, in the first place, necessary? Was it even fruitful?

There are many pens, there are many swords, and there are many information-gatherers and quick thinkers. The person who supposedly makes the "final say" does not always contribute the most. Either way, the point is that it is not *only him. Many people seem to confuse that.

When you say something is immoral, I think you actually mean that it feels wrong. They are not necessarily the same thing.

Morality is subjective. But the morality I'm pushing forward here is the overall survivability of human race. If we accept these kinds of backward mindsets, we won't be able to push ourselves towards newer problems and move on from our old problems. We'll be facing wars, poverty and elementary diseases again and again.

In advance - I haven't read any of what others have said.

IMO, the guy was assassinated. He was killed in cold blood. As much as that idea is abhorrent to me, in this case, I'm actually ok with that given what the guy has done

Bin Laden was a cool guy. Not really, that guy was a total dick. If I saw him at a party I would be like "no way, I gotta go man, that's Bin Laden over there. Who invited him anyway?"

If I went to the fridge at my work and saw that Bin Laden had put his lunch in there, I would totally take it and eat it.

    He would be so mad.
