Personally I've found that my BS detector goes off if I get the white suit version. Mind you those also tend to be the fanatics and that makes my feckles sit up and notice so I guess you could say I have an intuitive method of detecting the wheat from the chaff

    There's always one

In all honesty though do you expect them to be blemished but still have a minds eye picture of a more idealised version?

The oddest thing is though I bet you can't remember the last time you found one with just that hue and sheen yet the mental picture remains. I think that all concept is like this. It's how we understand existence I reckon.

Or at least it might be the way NTs conceptualize. I tend to have an idealistic standard for everything.

Me, too! You will also find me rolling my eyes and thinking, "Shut up already!" :steam:

I figure if I have to wear make-up to seem perfect, than there is no perfect... not even an apple. But there is only one man... do you really want to go there?

    *laughing* What INTJMom said!!!

    Oh cynic... ... Yeah :steam:
Oh, we have to have our cynics out there... life wouldn't be balanced and interesting without them! By the way, I'm glad your computer is well now!

Great now I have going in my head a football crowd singing
"There's only one god in heaven"
    Cheers

This does lead me to a point though. I think that what makes those white suited people so annoying is actually because that type of person fails totally to see the difference between God and whatever faith they follow. The two are not congruous and it is impossible for them to be so unless to be faithful you were a God to begin with (white suits optional).

It seems a common fault with people that their faith is their god. I wonder how many wars have been fought over such confusion?

Broiled is probably a better term, but it's quite easy. Especially since most people never think to dust the inside of their PC's.

I don't want it, I just need it, to breathe, to feel, to know I'm alive.

First take your computer and then try water cooling it. Next rely on friction for a joint to be held. Right now when your water reaches the correct temperature (about 40c) it should force open the friction joint and liberally spray your computers internals with water. Now simply replace a small fortunes worth of components (not the graphics card) replug in and then wait for a few weeks. It should be done to a turn now
