Yeah. It's just the socio-political climate we're in right now. Christians are considered stupid.
The truth will come out in the end, so I don't take it personally.

Well, I normally don't allow things to be taken personally, because it's such a waste of energy... so yeah, I'll get over this, especially since I know that blanket statements like that are wrong. Amazing...

So, to boldly derail this even further:
John 20:29 - Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

It's not you, it's those who, by shouting loudest, are seen to represent you. Televangelists will be used as examples of the faithful because they are more prominent. Yes there may well be completely sensible, logical and reasoning being within the Christian faith but I'm afraid they pale in comparison to the guy in the bright white suit and pearly teeth when you're trying to summon up an image of who is one of the faithful. That's just the way stereotypes go.

When you think of an apple does it have any blemishes or is it idealised and unrealistic?

Blessed are the optimists for they never run out of lemonade

Just for the record, those televangelists are considered charlatans by true Christians.

That's accepted but the stereotype still remains.

What is your stereotype for INTP males? Am I not in direct contradiction of a good few of those "rules"? Does the stereotype still remain? Of course it does. It's how you make sense of the world (that's a universal you btw). Without stereotypes there would be no apple (Ooo Wildcat moment ).

Hence it's the vocal minority that are wrongly focused on when it comes to making decisions. I don't know which I dislike more, the vocal ones, or the bleeding hearts that fall for what they say blindly and help their crusades.

I don't want it, I just need it, to breathe, to feel, to know I'm alive.

Never take life to seriously.. No one gets out alive in the end anyway.

Errm I'm more likely to target the sheep. At least the shouty ones have their own source of inspiration, the sheep are just living through another's perceptions. I can forgive more readily those who get the wrong answer than those who just didn't look by quite a large factor.
