Not as easy to execute as said of course. The easiest option that the average person would look to is death whether or not it can allow the person to experience as much damage as he did to others. It will rest the mind of the people that he is gone.
On a level more vengeful to the one who did the damage, one can say that someone is to be tortured and raped in the worst possible ways until he dies but even so, the average mindset of the people wouldn't allow themselves to continuously do such things.

Without parole? Otherwise, he'll be able to get out. Either way, I think the death penalty fits best.

Don't worry, peeps. The prison system will take care of that guy. He'll be dead in a year, I would bet, as long as he isn't segregated.
