i'm really disturbed by the number of people who seem to think that assault is somehow excusable or even reputable because it's targeted towards some dumb pop-star that they don't like.

Joking aside- I would totally sue. I know she's sue-happy and there are "girl who cried lawsuit" issues, but this one's valid IMO. I suspect the only reason she was invited was to make fun of her, and the organizers of the event had to know that these dumbass trashy clown punks would do something fucked up to her.

I doubt anybody here REALLY thinks this. I know I don't. Nobody deserves what happened to her, no matter how much they suck. It's just a tasteless humor response to a regrettable incident. Those are defense mechanisms for some of us.

While I'm not condoning or excusing it (I think it's revolting), I think she's probably enjoying this aftermath far more than she would've enjoyed the aftermath of an indifferently-received performance.

It would've been scary for sure, but I've hurt myself worse falling off a skateboard. Although my livelihood never depended on getting back on the skateboard.

Yes, its true, the victims of horribly violent crimes generally love it when such events unfold. I know this because I read it on the internet. I know that I can't wait to be beaten or stabbed or raped to death, its something I've always kind of strived to make a reality, but sadly I don't think I will ever live to see these dreams unfold.

well i wasn't necessarily referring to people in this thread..although there were some comments thrown out where i thought "" but nothing outrageous or disturbing or anything.

no, what i find most disturbing are the comments on the articles that have been posted. some real over the top stuff, and while i'm not inclined to think this was a racially motivated attack, i keep seeing "chink" and "gook" thrown around in comments supporting the attack and it's a little  i guess i shouldn't be so surprised, though.

Yeah, I saw a lot of that in the comments section of the TMZ link Tallulah linked. Pretty disgusting.

Who or what is a Tila Tequila? Sounds like a cheap brand you buy for a quick buzz while on a binge in Tijuana.
