Have you? Your thoughts seem to be knee-jerk, emotional responses based on propaganda, rather than experience.

No, you're not using common sense because you're fucktarded.
I actually know what I am talking about. Your "common sense" isn't very sensible.

It's the truth. As I've mentioned before, look at Portugal's example. Decriminalized everything in 2001. Addiction rates remained steady, and drug-related crime, infections, and hospitalizations are all down.

Well, I thought I had edited that paragraph before you got it. Oh well.

    This will not end well...
But it will at least be poetic, I suppose...

Hmm... But what if it does end well?
Then I suppose it will be a different sort of poetry, a preferable sort...
A sort I could become accustomed to...

You show little imagination, a proud abdication of intellectual integrity and a propensity to discuss matters you know little about at a tabloid newspaper level.

And worse of all, you're a coward.

I recommend you to knock the-big-Me shit on the head. You're not that good.

    All the best.

They tried this in the UK you know, they also had "shooting gallaries" in which people could come and use their own stuff with safe needles and works, it is much like the still in existence "wet centres" in which for literally spare change cidar or other beverages are supplied to chronic alcoholics and street sleepers, some of them someone comes in the morning and hoses the floor of the centre which empties into a grate in the middle of the floor.

The shooting galleries and legal highs have gone, in the UK at least, the reason being that the programmes did not result in people "moving on", their habits didnt stabilise and permit them breathing space to kick the habit or be rehabilitated, which was the expectation.

There still exist needle exchanges and methodon substitution clinics from what I know.

Drugs are a medical issue not a criminal one

Somehow its been warped into a criminal issue and only some of those most forwards thinking nations have realised these simple facts and succeeded in harm reduction

I only need to point at Holland where people actually smoke less pot because its legal and boring
