I love how so far we have one libertarian ESFJ; socialist, anarchist and liberal NTs writ large; and then of the two NFPs one is (apparently) a libertarian Democrat, and the other is a fascist (though... in fairness we're both Te-overload NFPs). Deliciously counter-intuitive.

Mostly conservative, though I have no problems with gay marriage/relationships, I would never own a gun, I'm a vegetarian and against animal testing and the death penalty. I'm pro-life though.

I think it happened because I'd described myself as a socialist but also culturally conservative or traditional in my norms, mores or morals.

To be honest its a bit mad, I've always had a speculative and personal sympathy with some schools of anarchist thought, on the self-governing/workers control and personal responsibility end of the spectrum.
To be honest if you're any sort of conservative you would probably fit better into the paeleoconservative way of thinking. Paleoconservatism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia There's nothing neo-conservative - imperialistic, free marketeering, etc about anything I've seen you say. You seem more like an arch-traditionalist who is very concerned about issues of individual responsibility, civic duties, faith vs secularism in society and self-determination. Some people like to throw around buzzwords without really understanding what they mean... Anyway, read the link and see if it fits better.

If you are having troubling identifying your political philosophy please go over to politicalcompass.org They have a great likert scale test which I think is reliable and valid go for it.

Also I use to think I just a very liberal democrat until I took the test and my assumptions about myself were dispelled. I instantly did a ton of research on social anarchism, and I found that that ideas agree with me.

Kinda left in economics, more liberal view in society. But I don't like the classifications in politics. Here it at least doesn't make sense in the country.
