    Funny how the Conservatives - who demanded that they had a "moral right" to pwoer because of a 36% plurality of the vote and claimed that this outweighed any constitutional "technicalities" and that it would be compeltely immoral to not give them power - are happy to see the British Airways strike banned on a technicality, despite a great majority of workers voting for it.

    Don't you just love "democracy"!?

    The ballot was deemed invalid because UNITE failed to publish the number of spoiled voting papers "by all possible means": 11 spoiled votes in total... o-O

    Heaven forbid the same attention to detail would apply in, say, a general election.
