everyone uses every function about evenly. take NE for example. if there are those who don't use it much, then why are there such massive amounts of people constantly flowing through Wallmart with 20 items or less?
and what will they include as information on the ID cards? where you're from? criminal history? credit history? this new age of having to know everything about everyone kind of defeats the idea of second chances in a way

Umm... no. They're not going to move up north, because up north is the end product. The cartels are there to get the drugs through Mexico to the United States. Calderon's concerned because of foreign tourists and people within the border zone, along with remittances.
