    Don't insurance companies essentially have "death panels" where they choose to reject claims initially to minimize their need to pay out? They look for every possible loop-hole to reject a claim. The people subjected to that process are the fortunate ones. I went for many years without health insurance and would have LOVED to have a death panel.
