    They were probably putting in something to make them last longer.

    French baguettes go hard in about 2 hours.

    No, see, it's a graduated process.

    First you got to try it on the French, if it works on them, it'll probably work on the French Canadians, and then maybe the English Canadians, and then soon you have the whole country under your thumb...

    How come the French get LSD with there baguettes and I don't get any with my sourdough?
