    So, wait.

Are folks really attributing political perspective as a motivating feature of his decision to kamikaze splatter into the federal building? Cause, he had crazy written all over him.

It's like saying Leon Czolgosz's anarchism led him to kill McKinley. It doesn't add up.

I am not. I am calling him a nutjob ax-grinder who blew himself up. The less-astute posters here are trying to make a loon a posthumous Tea Partier, and it's pretty disgusting.

Uh, he did? Where? "The capitalist creed: From each according to his gullibility, to each according to his greed." Sounds pretty anti-capitalist, too. I am starting to wonder whether you can read.

I'm sure he's pretty dead now.

That's about all I can say for the time being.

He should have written his Congressman about this. Instead of posting it on a website.

He attacked the IRS. Isn't political perspective inherent in that?

He was also getting audited, and was in financial trouble, wasn't working that much. That's what pushed him over the edge. But he attributed that pain towards the government and taxes.

I don't agree with his methods, but writing your Congressman is a waste of time.
"We grow up thinking that beliefs are something to be proud of, but they're really nothing but opinions one refuses to reconsider. Beliefs are easy. The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."

Indeed. But representation does exist, even if it may not amount to much in actual terms.
