Darwin believed in eugenics. Fuck Darwin.

His theory is not perfect, but it helps explain certain things, for now. We can keep the theory.

No he didn't, that was his half-cousin, Galton. He found his cousin's thought interesting, but, ultimately decided that it was not worth his time, and only thus highlighted the concept of inheritence, while leaving what to do with it/how to manipulate it. I.e., no commentary. Unlike his cousin.

    Get your facts straight.

Darwin influenced the field of genetics. Pangenesis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And, that's not taking into account his amazing collection of genetic data (which allows for such interpretation, in the first place), from all the species he encountered.

You can't get any more practical than building up a rich database for which to base any scientific work off of.

One also has to note the difference between Darwinism and Social Darwinism.

Eugenics isn't worth most of its believers time. That doesn't stop them from finding it interesting.

    I was joking btw.

Most Christian denominations accept "Theistic Evolution" and many of the early religious critics of Darwin actually based their arguments on the prevailing scientific theories of the day.
Take your lame Christian apologetics elsewhere. By that, I mean, every other thread you step foot in.

This thread is for Darwin. The unHoly one.

Hey that's the thing, we can still be dicks on our holiday. I'll leave the worshiping and begging for forgiveness to you.

    Not with that attitude.

I'll see you in Hell, Peguy. It's cool, our parties are going to be a lot better down there anyways.
