    I'm surprised by a couple of relatively influential bureaucrats I know that have sent me this video already. Anecdotally, it seems to be known among policy-makers that aren't the most internat-savvy.

    Yeah, libertarianism certainly is the flavour of the month, every month, its got real ideological appeal and people love a good fantasy.

    Though perhaps some one can enlightenment me as to how the self-regulating mechanism deals when it comes to the meeting of the invisible hand and the human unconscious again?

    I suppose that would be a problem if you looked at things in terms of ideological absolutes. I can't imagine an ideological absolute that is without problems. In terms of practicality, it can be useful to compare different methods and use them as a base with some adjustments.
