I dont understand some of the jargon being deployed here, who is a moral absolutist? Are ENTP's mad or something? If so what element of their personality that makes them volatile/hostile to the point of condoning carpet bombing somewhere flat?

And the more people join the US military, the worse our economy will be. Funny how that goes...

Watching the slo-mo collapse of The Holy American Empire is great fun, I tell ya...

A glimpse of an American mindset -

Only American soldiers are heroes. The rest of the soldiers are human right's violators or terrorists.

I don't claim to be an expert on economics, but you really don't grasp the concept at all, do you?

Oh, so you're looking forward to living in violence and utter chaos - which is what typically happens when empires collapse.

Wow, I can't really share my true feelings on this without getting an infraction, but holy crap.

I think we've found the next Victor, everybody!

Fecal McAngry is a moral absolutist; read the rest of the thread. I'm not mad as much as stunned that someone could be this out of touch with reality.

Also I don't recall any ENTPs condoning carpet bombing anybody; this was just a hypothetical discussion about the line between a soldier's duty to his superiors and his personal ethical duty.
If you could be anything you want, I bet you'd be disappointed--am I right?

I got to say that I agree with the second sentiment entirely, I used to go to socialist stalls or meetings about impending doom and collapse of the economy under its supposed internal contradictions and ask them how prepared they were for it, invariably they werent even prepared for a power cut that would last longer than two days or a water stoppage so I couldnt see the decline and fall they all dreamt of being a fun affair.

Oh come now, let's not use ad hominem arguments against functional attitudes that no one can control, simulated. You're better than that.

So there is a line, then?

    What's Fi dom?

If its kill or be killed my moral opinion doesnt change, I believe in an absolute right to self-defence, aggression shouldnt ever pay.
