How about committing to a few bullet points first? At least sum it up for us. Please.
Yes it is, however, this lecture is what I am really interested in. There are a crap load of other threads to debate climate change, and all with information I've heard a million times.

I listened to this lecture and it called a lot of my assumptions into question. I want to know what other people's responses are to it.

To make bullet points, I'd have to omit a lot of data, and frankly, I don't think I would do a good job of it. I'd rather have people see what I saw so that we have a common platform from which to discuss.

I dont want to be a smartass I must say this is becuse you have been "fooled" twice. Which is because both sides are using arguments that are scientific nonsense or they are misinterpretated.

Which is because nither side is trully interested in what is actually going on. The only thing they care about is how to achive their political goals.
The thing is that both side have the "real" data. But if that data is correct the world as we know it is pretty much doomed and even if we can somehow find the solution we will have to wipe out the politics as we know it from the face of the planet. (permanently)

And this is about what this is all about.

I am standing behind this claim since I am in the process of becoming one of those "mysterious" Earth studing scientists that are quoted in persentations like this one.

    I have a question!

Okay, so I heard that a dog has a bigger carbon footprint than a dog. Would a human have a bigger carbon footprint than a dog? I mean, the number of people on earth has increased dramatically since when people have starting having "carbon emissions", yes?

    I don't know. I'm curious.

If what you are asking is "Is there too much people spending too much fossil fuels per person ? ". The answer is yes.

I really don't know how accurate these following videos are so take them with a grain of salt if you wish to but I found them highly informative (within limits) on the current debate on climate change. (most of them are 5-10 mins long)

YouTube - 1. Climate Change -- the scientific debate
YouTube - 2. Climate Change -- the objections
    YouTube - 3 - Climate Change -- Anatomy of a myth
YouTube - 4 - Climate Change -- Gore vs. Durkin
    YouTube - 5. Climate Change -- isn't it natural?
    YouTube - 6. Climate Change -- Those hacked e-mails
