Hmm. What's the fluff that goes inbetween those absolutes ole boy? I'm missing your meaning here.
Isn't it time for a colourful metaphor?

In England you still have private enterprise in the crime scene? You are so old fashioned. Do you still have those small shops? Or have they disappeared?

I remember I was in London just a few yards off Piccadilly at 5 in the morning.
I entered a coffee shop and behind me there was this chap who grabbed a sandwich from the desk and ran. He was a private enterpriser. In Paris behind the Halles there was a coffee shop. It was 3 in the morning. I had an au lait. Opposite me there was a chap who said Scotch. He drank it and then he said Scotch. After the fifth Scotch he suddenly ran away without paying. He was a private enterpriser.

Do you have prostitutes who do private business? Or do they work for a pimp who owns them?

Maybe private enterprise is still blooming in England because the police is not corrupted?

    Merry Old.

They're doing that already, aren't they? Just only to those that can benefit them. Sometimes, they cover things up to make it just seem like another warm partnership or merging of the trades centers. It sure stops things, but doing it it a crime nonetheless. Plus, we would, as a people, have to bribe them to do it. What doesn't involve a little bribing? Is it only not a crime if we tried to do this because we don't have our jobs defined by stopping corruption and other bad things? Is this right? And where does it end, if it can?

Can you give me some examples?
