Therefore, the only thing you can argue with them on is that it is not a "right." But, since neither is a logic-based argument, you are left taking the position of not giving sick people what they need to live if you argue against the bill, which paints you as the bad guy. I'm not sure if this denotes a lack of intellect on the part of those who are pro-Obamacare, or extreme skill in rhetoric because of the position it puts those in the "no" column into...

I think that the national agenda has completely lost sight of the fact that you can approach the same goal from many different, and opposing, angles and that that is not only a valid way of achieving the optimal outcome, but the way that our nation was designed to work in the first place...
That is a fair criticism. However I think most people view health care as an inalienable right. So while they don't know the specifics, they just know they want something different.

I don't understand how conservatives can be against competition. Introducing a "control" plan keeps everyone honest.

While I don't agreed with the mandated coverage, it is necessary inorder to achieve economies of scale.

This is why you shouldnt debate if you are ignorant.

The recession as it is now and the housing crisis are the result of liberal socialists meddling in capitalist markets. How come you think there was a shitload of people who couldn't pay their mortgages? Because republicans made it that way? Why don't you thank the liberals who tied the banks hands when it came to screening who they were giving money to.

Why am I even bothering, you actually believed that there was NO regulation, I mean how do you even exist in society being this blind? oh wait, thats who the democrats love to call their base. Ignorant, emotional voters.

Economies of scale has nothing to do with mandated coverage. Economies of scale has already been achieved. This is about distributing risk.
"We grow up thinking that beliefs are something to be proud of, but they're really nothing but opinions one refuses to reconsider. Beliefs are easy. The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."

Now the gloves come on. Are you absolutely kidding me? The lack of any regulation regarding this situation where there generally should have been to prevent this is the cause. Though of course they tied their hands when they could have denied the loan and ended the whole deal! Especially when they asked for $300,000+! Does that sound like something your average Joe can repay? And many of these kinds of loans were coming in, so it's not like it couldn't be deduced that "Hey, maybe these loans can't be repaid!"

Oh and if you don't like the "ignorant" society, you should blame it on the man who made the education system*coughBushcough*.

Bush made the educational system? What the hell are you talking about? Liberals made the educational system what it is, have you even been to a college campus? Try finding a republican public school teacher, its near impossible.

And you keep saying there was no regulation in... the fact that banks were forced to give out massive loans to people who couldn't afford to pay them is the work of socialist liberal democrats like Slick Willy Clinton who made it impossible for banks to ask people about their income because you know, credit checks, job checks, and etc are all extremely racist. So they made it so you couldnt ask about that and banks would come back with a yes instead of a deserved NO. Are you SERIOUS that you don't know anything what so ever about any of this?

He laid out the current educational system, or part of it anyway, which is what I meant.

Our educational system is the product of democrats who have been traditionally strong on destroying it and watering it down and making it the fail proof mess it is today with no accountability and no real merit.
