I loved Norm's Weekend Update delivery, and his Bob Saget roast.
All right, this is kinda mean because it's an R.I.P. thread, but whatever. Norm was on Dennis Miller's radio show, and he was doing "material from the vault" during the Writers Guild strike. One of them was "An immigration reform bill sponsored by Ted Kennedy died on the Senate floor earlier today. Apparently, out of sheer habit, he failed to report it dead for ten hours."
Who wants to try a bottle of merc's "Extroversion Olive Oil?"
I've said it before, I will say it again: don't ever try to be funny. Whenever you post something with the little laughing smiley, it's a really unfunny "witticism" GUARANTEED. And Norm had the funniest Chappaquiddick joke I've ever heard.
^ Too deadpan and predictable. Just like Norm Macdonald.
this is fuckin sad. i dont like democrats but its always tragic when a kennedy dies.
absolutely. Loved the kennedy's. They were American royalty and there hasn't been a family in America like them since. It's especially sad that he is the last of that generation to die, and that generation was inspiring. It feels like the permanent end of a fairytale.
