^This is me too. I really don't crave meat or support the "American way" of subjecting cattle to feedlot conditions and shooting them up with anti-biotics...on the other hand I am crazy about veggies.

Read The Jungle by Upton Sinclair and that will cure your hankering for meat.

    I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian.
Excuse me, but does this smell like chloroform to you?

I just back from this amazing vegan restaurant in NoVA called Sunflower. Yup. Just felt like updating everyone with a completely needless update.

I love vegetarian foods, especially when they are served as a side dish with steak, chicken, pork chops, or fish! No kidding! They are great side dishes for big guys like me. Try to fuel me up for the day with some black bean soup and a side of quinoa and I'll be hungry again in 30 minutes.

My other favorite vegetarian dishes are vodka, beer, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pop-Tarts, Gatorade, popsicles, and let's not forget Terra Chips!

I just broiled a 12 oz. bone-in ribeye and served with a little homemade vinaigrette, washed down with half a bottle of red zinfandel. I am good for the night.

Considering your username, I'm not surprised you gave that answer.
Metaphours: That was an unfair statement to make.

Loooove those tasty moo cows way too much to be a vegetarian.

Also, let me add one more important comment to this post: Bacon.

There. One word says it all.

He's right. Enjoying delicious food is a sign of high intelligence and refinement. For fortunate human beings like us who have food on demand, I think it's important not just to eat whatever.
