    I agree with the flat tax.. A flat Percentage tax though.

    The thing that kills me the most are credit card/insurance contracts. After you sign it, you always see the clause "we reserve the right to change the terms of this contract at any time, with no prior notice" Um, wtf am I signing a contract for then?? Can you imagine writing in that clause on your end when you apply for a loan...?

    [And I also support a fair (flat) tax on purchases, not earnings.]

    I think the complexity of laws and the complexity of the policies of credit card companies ultimately serve the same end: they keep the consumer at a disadvantage.

    This doesn't particularly bother either the credit card companies or the government.
