This is a funny thread, bananatrombones. Carry on, good fellow.
    You know, you're absolutely right.

We don't have enough of these threads around. I'd be going to against my type to get frustrated by this..but apart of me still worries about someone maybe taking it too seriously, but they'll have to live.

Life is too important to be taken seriously.
Is it that by its indefiniteness it shadows forth the heartless voids and immensities of the universe, and thus stabs us from behind with the thought of annihilation, when beholding the white depths of the milky way?

Now excess consumption on a macro scale can be reduced to a micro level.

The newspaper is owned by Rupert Murdoch, who owns a great deal of global media. Many of his TV stations happily take money from producers of junk food, directly targetted at children.

So don't blame corporations (they keep a low profile), blame fat Larry three doors down. His profile is not so low.

    Exactly!

It ends the same, no matter how you treat it in between.

Question is how long it'll last... since the end is inevitable.

Fatties cause global warming... because they fart too much gases. So we should eliminate them. No fatties, no global warming. Sounds good to me.

Should we consider a gas emission tax? Metered, of course.

Do you know how much methane gas babies produce in the world?

Everyone's saying like.. those fatties, they're the problem! But like, babies aren't exactly innocent either!

    Fat babys?
everyone uses every function about evenly. take NE for example. if there are those who don't use it much, then why are there such massive amounts of people constantly flowing through Wallmart with 20 items or less?

The obvious next step is to ban beans. They cause far too much flatulents to be released and contribute to the accumulation of methane in the atmosphere. We must now ban beans worldwide. The detrimental effects to farmers and poor countries around the world who rely on this cheap food source will be nothing compared to the vastly beneficial effects it will have on mother earth. The population reductions and food shortages will only aid the war against global warming.

I'd call this a joke, but there are people who think this way, and far more who would actually like the idea if we took out the death of hungry people factor.
