I don't know, they are probably minute traces that can't have any effect on humans. But pharmaceutical companies should be held responsible, we need to regulate the industry more, especially when their products are effecting land and water they don't own.

This all might explain why I drink so much water.

Scientists, doctors and the EPA, according to your article.

Heh, I find the ironic outrage of this article funny. The same people that shove all kinds of drugs down their throats are the same ones who are going to be upset that there is 3 parts per billion of H2O2 in their drinking water.

It doesn't say that. At best they have no real idea because no one's bothered to look into it yet.

You show me where it says it's 3 parts per billion.

bureauracies tend to over look alot more than just this.
everyone uses every function about evenly. take NE for example. if there are those who don't use it much, then why are there such massive amounts of people constantly flowing through Wallmart with 20 items or less?

"Utilities say the water is safe. Scientists, doctors and the EPA say there are no confirmed human risks associated with consuming minute concentrations of drugs. But those experts also agree that dangers cannot be ruled out, especially given the emerging research."

I'd like to see how many scientists and doctors said this or supported the idea. But we do know minute traces of a vast array of substances has no effect.
