Well, who else is going to do the job if not bureaucracies themselves? Do you think we should trust pharm companies self-regulate responsibly?

Na. Leave it to a private sector contract. Should a contracted private sector overlook something like this, they'll immediately be canned. The EPA will not. That's why things like this get overlooked. If you knew your job was secure no matter what, you would let somethings go. It's the nature of the beast.

I gotta go with Jock on this a little bit too. It'd be kinda funny to not be able to take ones full prescription due to a higher cost because the company was fined. Guess if i got a bad back i'll just head downstream-take a gulp-and start feelin the love.
everyone uses every function about evenly. take NE for example. if there are those who don't use it much, then why are there such massive amounts of people constantly flowing through Wallmart with 20 items or less?

By the time the pharm company gets caught, the damage is already done. There should be safe guard in there in the first place to prevent that. And with more deregulation, they are free to deceive, price gouge, exaggerate illnesses, make up new illness that only they have the cure for...etc when they are held up to less scrutiny.

It's only of those industries that we can't afford to be private. Just like with the military, police, highways, firemen...

Hell, most of the country is already on Zoloft or some BS anyway.... At least perhaps the Xanax is sinking in a little?

Now I'm going to think of this every time I brush my teeth.

    THANKS!

There is a safeguard. The EPA. Maybe this was allofasudden spotted because someone down the line somewhere didn't get thier fair cut. Also. Do you know who helps to line the pockets of even your guys?

I'm really more worried about what's in the air. You can purify water. You can't purify air.
