I'd rather not be around any crazy. Would you leave something precious with someone YOU may consider a LITTLE crazy or A LOT crazy.
Crazy is Crazy.

Not surprisingly, media coverage is a joke. When people were protesting our presence in Iraq during the Bush administration,. CNN made that a human interest story, with the audience supposed to feel sorry for the mothers of sons lost overseas in a "Failed war" but when people protest Obama, CNN has a "rise in extremism?" graphic with a clinched white fist and paints the protesters as being nutjobs and likely racists who just don't like having a black president. And the really sad thing is that people swallow this garbage and regurgitate it. If CNN had been around in 1776, the graphics would have said "Extremist Colonists Draft Hateful Document Attacking King George, Even After He Promises Them Tax Cut."
There are 4 main reasons why the Tea Party movement is begging to be dismissed and mocked:
1. The Boston Tea Party was about taxation without representation. This isn't about that. People were allowed to vote, and Obama and the Democrats won fairly.
2. It gained momentum from two right-wing lobbying groups setting up coordinated and planned political advertising projects, and also by a former commodities trader promoting it. Yet it was constantly billed as spontaneous and grassroots.
3. The whole "tea bag" and "tea bagging" sexual innuendo seems to be lost on many of the Tea Baggers.
4. Fox News has been promoting the hell out of the Tea Party thing, yet claims not to be. They even billed it as the "“FNC Tax Day Tea Parties".
Of course liberal commentators and opinion pieces are going criticize this silliness and blatant hypocrisy.
If you could be anything you want, I bet you'd be disappointed--am I right?
