Federal government following the outlines of the constitution moronic?

The 10th amendment should be followed. This would allow states to run things the way they want.

HRC-50 isn't about leaving the Union its about state rights over the national government.

How can you be so sure Rick Perry isn't a type/c member?
everyone uses every function about evenly. take NE for example. if there are those who don't use it much, then why are there such massive amounts of people constantly flowing through Wallmart with 20 items or less?

Meh - you wouldn't play but ok.

Well I will take that as a no.

I must say being from Texas myself it warms my heart greatly to see it defended. And the fact that you defend it even though you most likely aren’t from there, well, that’s a first (and I appreciate it more than you will ever know).

Many of us from Texas joke about the bad mouthing going on for years by agreeing with all the nonsense or saying “Turn your car North and head up 35” – figuring they would rather hang with the Sooners than us (lol).

You notice my location says “hell”? That is because I followed a very nice ISTJ to his home state of Arizona. I’m now in the process of trying to get back home ASAP. I have had to defend my state for many years, to the point where now I just nod and agree or give the sarcastic “No no! You don’t want to go there!!! It’s Bbaaaaaadddddd!”

I have a “come and take it flag” in my office sir.

About damn time, I hope my state follows this example; hopefully, it will be a springboard for official challenges to unconstitutional federal authority through the Supreme Court (there are currently not enough Justices who respect Constitutional parameters for this to be fully successful, but at least Kennedy's apparent doctrine of "middle-ground at all cost, remotely consistent judicial philosophy be damned" will likely result in narrower and stricter criteria through which Congress and the federal Executive can exercise illigetimate authority).
