It's also lazy. An easy way out. Kinda like drugs
everyone uses every function about evenly. take NE for example. if there are those who don't use it much, then why are there such massive amounts of people constantly flowing through Wallmart with 20 items or less?

Yes, you need to learn how to get into and out of a trance at will.

And you need to learn how to vary the depth of the trance at will.

And you need to learn you are highly susceptible to suggestions in a trance.

So for instance for safety, one of the first suggestions you give yourself is -

"I will never let anyone put me in a trance against my will".

However these are really simple safety precautions such as you might take when you are learning to swim or drive a car. After all, you don't want to drown or crash the car.

And after a while, you learn to swim and you learn to drive and you learn to entrance yourself.

And having learnt to safely entrance yourself, you can entrance the world in safety.

I downloaded a this idozer(and some pack with many "drugs") thing out of curiosity two times.

The extreme super hyper powerful "drugs" had a small effect, first time it felt like placebo, and next time i had this humming sound in my ears for a while and noises outside my apartment sounded weird and kinda melted to this humming sound. It kinda felt like smoking too much nicotine without the nausea.

I still got the program on my computer, but i dont really think they are worth doing because they dont really offer much and you need to lie completely still, in dark without any external things disturbance and you need to listen to them like 20-45 minutes..

Low frequency sound waves can cause humans to enter a trance-like state (at least that's what I heard), but I doubt headphones could do this adequately. I don't remember the details, but there were some (ancient) groups of humans that constructed buildings with certain acoustic properties for rituals where a shaman could enter a trance. I think one of those groups was in prehistoric Britain. I wish I remembered more.
"We grow up thinking that beliefs are something to be proud of, but they're really nothing but opinions one refuses to reconsider. Beliefs are easy. The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."
