    Default Mantras for Meditation

two weeks ago I started a daily meditation practice and have been doing it three times a day for ten minutes each session every day. I wanted to see what would happen if I meditated every day.

First it was visualizations but recently I've been coming up with mantras that activate my heart energy.

    Right now it's

I AM ALL LOVE, HA HA HA HA
and I visualize a giant bear giving hugs and protecting the world and it's people.

I AM ALL LOVE HA HA HA
    Some think love is corny
    that is not love
    love is the coolest thing
I AM ALL LOVE HA HA HA

go ahead and share your mantras as they change and transform through your meditative experience.
"i shut the door and in the morning
    it was open
    -the end"

Olemn slammed his hammer and from the sparks on the metal of his anvil came the spheres of the heavens.

Sayrah blew life into the spheres and they moved. From her wheel she weaved the names of people in to mystery.

"I leave a piece of myself in all I do so it's easier to feel the light"
    You hem me in -- behind and before;
you have laid your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.

I usually just chant chakra chants with headphones on, with music that puts me back in the zone. But sometimes I will tape pictures of inspiring eyes to my wall and recite certain things in front of the eyes. For some days when I'm raging, I chant fuck until I feel better.

I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.
