Why I need show you a source?Everything you posted in here you had a source?I think it just by your thought.
I call that " equal rights"="human rights ",because I hate Group A vs Group B fight.

“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

It's just your definition (and the dictionary author).

Well, I would imagine nobody, but if laws and rights are written to apply one way to women and another way to men, I think that would objectively indicate a probable case of inequality.

Like, if it is required by the government that you educate your sons, but not your daughters. Or if a woman's property becomes her husband's property when she marries. Or if a man can vote in elections but a woman cannot. Or a woman must have the permission of a male relative to travel. Or a husband can divorce his wife but a wife cannot divorce her husband. Those would be unequal rights.
