    Biologically and culturally impossible.

Science should take religions' place at schools and schools should eradicate religious teachings completely, this I believe is the 1st and the best step towards eradication of religion (or faith).
Science should be taught in schools for academic reasons, not as a step in replacing religion. I don't see much religious influence in my teachings at school (for the most part).

But how is it even possible?
    It isn't.

Since starting a thread on an MBTI forum wouldn't lead to it happening, should we consider that it is for 'shits and giggles' and come up with a few ideas?
    That's better.

    Psychotherapy maybe?

Teach psychology or counselling sessions at school (one on one) or maybe even group therapy sessions?

Frankly I doubt I'd ever be comfortable at a group therapy session though it seems to have its benefits, so one on one counselling sessions for students?

Come up with an alternate means of 'providing' eternal life, free will, etc.

Create a super-drug that enables people to be perpetually content in the moment so that they don't care about such things, without causing societal implosion through impaired functioning.

Great Caesar's Ghost - we already have it. And it is called Consumerism and it works.

And guess what - all we have to do is open our ears and hear the religious rail against Consumerism because Consumerism is replacing religion.

No b) c) d) ? I'm glad I made you lol. I'm eagerly waiting to hear your other points. However this time it would be better if you develop the patience(?) to elaborate, rather than simply ridicule.

Well, most people believe what they are taught to believe.

Why would you wish to remove religion anyhow? And why would you think that science is mutually exclusive of religion? I think your understanding of what religion is is pretty narrow.

It's not a good idea to begin with, but lobotomizing the populace and distributing happy pills might do the trick.
