Seen from a purely pragmatic industrial Point of View: isnt an achievement-oriented-society (related to the education of our children) the death of innovations ? Or would you say its exactly the opposite ?

so
It depends on whether achievement is oriented towards jumping through hoops, or achieving something new (and is this achievement for the benefit of yourself or others?). You can speculate on which aspect most societies focus on.

Absolutely. To think outside the box, you need to leave a lot of room for straying and imperfection, and inefficiency. If you want to achieve higher ranks, you need to do it "right" the first time and therefore start to think in black and white.

Yeah, it is. Although it's not like the preceeding alternatives were creativity-friendly, either.

Yes, if by "achievement" you mean the achievement of wealth or fame or whatever other vacuous goal we're told is the be-all end-all of existence.
