Education is important. I would teach the world.

    Through pain.

That sounds like a very logical course of action.

power doesn't corrupt, it reveals true character. for instance, the reason most people are not corrupt is because they would get punished for it, much like a child, but those who are trully disciplined and wise would not become corrupt. to say that power would corrupt anyone is a blatant over generalization.
Edit: that being said, I much agree with how you would rule

I'd solve der Judenfrage once and for all.

Distribution of power is for weak-willed men without any ambitions. I'd rule with the advice of councils consisting of experts of various fields backing my decisions - a technocratic dictatorship, you could call it.

Dictatorship with the underpinnings of a quasi-socialist government.

Vote for think tank raised issues.

    Free:
    • Healthcare.
    • Education to grade 12. Stringent standards for undergrad and post-grad where basket weaving is not available unless paid by individual.
    • Necessary commodities like heat, water and electricity for individuals up to a maximum, then pay per unit of usage. Businesses must pay.
    • Public transport.

    Other quick and dirty thoughts:
    • Trade deficits per country are not allowed and trade will be spread across many, many countries.
    • Outsourcing is penalised through tax surcharges per employee.
    • All three tiers of industry (primary, secondary and tertiary) will be set for equal percentages ensuring self-sufficiency.
    • Too large to fail will not be allowed.
    • Global conglomerates will not be allowed.
    • Small businesses will be encouraged through small business loans from Central banking at discounted interest rates.
    • Flat taxation with no loopholes.

We know that once we get the politics right, most other things follow along. Or we might say, once we get power right, most other things follow along.

And we have been getting the politics and so power right for one hundred and fifty years.

    So what is our secret?

    It's that we limit power.

Because limiting really means sharing, verdad?
