The term lion heart is misleading. A lion doesn't think about its fear. If it's fearful, it will retreat if at possible. If there's no retreat and it's cornered, it will fight back.
Courage is acknowledging fear but still willing to take action when it must be taken. Anyone who doesn't know fear is a fool.

Is courage defined as doing something when you're afraid? Because if you're not afraid at all, then you don't have to put any work in. I have courage when it comes to looking at myself, but I don't have enough courage when it comes to implementing my vision for the world.
