    Default Philosophical musings

Everyone views the world through a twisted lens, a counterbalance, to see the world as a little less twisted than it already is.

The two greatest forces that drive an individual forward on their chosen path: love and hatred. On what path does the man walk who chooses neither love nor hatred?

The path of apathy? Or better, the path of detachment?

I think he is saying that it's not. The wording at the end is bizarre but I think he's saying "by seeing things through a twisted perspective you don't actually see how twisted the world is." Rose-tinted glasses and/or blind ignorance and optimism. At least that's what I interpreted it as.
