I think teaching psychology in high school would GREATLY help in developing critical thinking skills and teaching people how to use them. However, I really don't think the system is designed with the enlightenment of the populace in mind. A nation of useful idiots is certainly more useful to those who wish to be above the useful idiots.

This means that it's better to live your own life without much regards for society as a whole.

I suspect that this is a conclusion that most people make. However, it seems to me that if this is so then our species does not have long to exist, which means that we might take all life with us as we exit, which means that humans are the worst thing that life has created.

Do you think that it is possible to change this common conclusion and perhaps change the course of life on this planet?
