You know, seeing "Unitarian Universalism" pop up so often at the top of so many disparate lists makes me wonder how useful such a faith is.

(At least it's got the "universal" thing right, apparently. Anyone can belong to it, regardless of belief.)

You know what would've made this test even better? If every page only had one question instead of two and instead of being just plain old text the questions and answers were actually photo mosaics of more advertisements.

Unitarian Universalism is pretty much any religion you want... so it makes little sense for it to be on the list I think.

Mainline-to-liberal is right! I'm a theologically moderate but socially liberal Lutheran.

Unitarianism is too amorphous to be in such a list, so scrap #1 and the list is more adequate.

ahh- too violent to be a good quaker, too fearful that there's a .0001% chance that there is a god to be a full out atheist and too evil to be a theist...
Bizzarely I do love to go to church though!

Glad to see JW's at the bottom there - that's what I was raised as (kinda)!

Bang on with the top two - I attend both Quaker and Anglo-Catholic services, which I guess is number 2, since they don't have a category for Anglicans, many of whom don't consider themselves protestants. Not so sure about where they put Islam for me, considering I was a Muslim for many years and still feel that it's been a big influence on the way I look at the world.

I'd have put Taoism higher too, considering I belief Lao Tzu and Chaung Tzu to have been prophets and give equal authority to their works as to the Bible - probably more, actually...

In the past when I've taken this, Secular Humanism hasn't been at 100% - but the top 10 do tend to oscillate around. (and personally, I find the Unitarian Universalism 'religion' kind of meaningless, simply because it's so broad and undefined in scope. I mean, everyone who has that in their top 2 or 3 likely has a very unique, personalized view of things). And, in answering the obviously religion and God oriented questions, I tended to not like any of the options. I didn't even like the 'None'/'Doesn't Matter' options, really, but out of all of the options, that was usually the only one I could comfortably go with.

Interesting how some of my first and last things are different takes on christianity. I'm not really too religious, but the Unitarian Universalist fits my values pretty well. I find it funny how Scientology is in the middle of the pack. I also find it really funny how Jahovah's Witness is last, because last time i read one of those pamphlets they hand out at the door, I laughed so hard I cried, and for like an hour, too.

The Jehovah's Witnesses are getting their asses handed to them in the results. They're like the Nader of Christianity!
