Well, as I noted, it is a known-fact that Jews got at least as far as China, and if they got to China, then there's a very good chance they got to Japan.

DNA wise, the Japanese are not very similar to the Koreans or the Chinese. So, it is kind of a mystery as to their origin.
Language-wise they're not close to anybody. A tentative connection has been made to the Ural-Altaic languages that range from Finnish (+Estonian) through Hungarian and Turkish back to Mongolia because of the structure but there's no similarity between actual words and a lot of native American languages have similar structure. They have been tentatively linked to Siberia but it's all very contraversial. That language has been isolated for a very long time.

It's generally accepted that the Ainu have been there even longer and were not pushed out of Korea, so the Japanese can't have come in from the North. If there's Polynesian influence it must be very early because there's no history of it. Somebody did make a point that Japan is only the Land of the Rising Sun if you're sailing from China so maybe they were some Central Asian people who went that way and the Chinese squeezed out as they got more unified.

I'm not really making assumptions. I think it is an interesting idea that, for me, may be something good to study.

I believe it is you who is making assumptions, especially since you're only argument so far is geography. You're looking at it too much from a modern, sedentary/urban mentality.

And how should I look at it ?

Jews have nothing to do with Japan, I think seriously considering a relation between both is a waste of time. While anecdotal/coincidental similarities would be interesting or amusing.

Either way, there were Chinese Jews.

And, I still believe this too.

Chinese Jews immigrating are the most likely explanation for why there seemed to be wide spread Jewish-like practices in almost every part of ancient Japanese life.

If you actually take the time to comb through the three long pages of evidence, you will see the pervasive presence on almost every single level. And that warrants it interesting enough to wonder how it came about.
