Here's another system that is quick and simple on the surface, and if you delve deeper, rewards with more and more nuance. I don't know if it goes by any other names.

Four quadrants are created by 2 axes: warm--to--cool (in emotional tone presented to others) and slow--to--fast (in terms of pacing). The types are: Amiable, Analytic, Driver, Expressive

I had to take this when I did my business internship earlier this. I am an Expressive. Driver was second. Analytical was really low.

I'd say that the score of assertiveness in this test is more related to extroversion than it should be.
